Updated to v1.02

This patch includes some small tweaks and a fix for an annoying bug.  Also, between 1.01 and 1.02 I migrated the installer to use Itch's Butler tool, meaning that MM0 now supports auto-patching from the Itch client.  If the client can't update you to 1.02, you probably have the old installer.  Installing 1.02 manually from the client should enable automatic updates going forward.

- Fixed bug where teleport traps would prevent fleeing the next combat regardless of when it happened.  Teleporting into a fixed encounter still prevents fleeing.

- Slightly lowered agility of Dusk Golem and Ornerythopter and raised insight of Keeper.

- Added a minor clue to the library.

- Added a note on keyboard layouts to the help screen (same as the one in the manual).

- Minor revisions to game manual.
