Updated to v1.06 - Keybinding and Other Options

This update adds the ability to rebind almost all keyboard and gamepad input, as well as a few other options.  You can now toggle sound, music, and VSync on or off and choose between exclusive and borderless fullscreen.  There is also an option to reduce combat speed, if you find the default speed too hectic.  Please let me know if you have any trouble with any of these options.

Keybinding was the last major feature I wanted to add, and I'm fairly happy with the game balance at this point, so as of now I don't have any more major updates planned.  I may do another small patch or two to add a little more polish.

Known issue: on the keybinding screen, the submit button may "stick" under certain circumstances.  Just press it twice.  This is a bug with Unity.  I will update the game to resolve this when the bug is fixed, if it's feasible.
